MAILERS
We now offer two types of mailers. Our HIGH RESPONSE mailer that we have been mailing since we started, or our new HIGH INTENT mailer. What is the difference you ask?
HIGH RESPONSE MAILERS - These mailers typically generate a +/- 5% return rate for leads. When you send 1000 mailers you should typically receive +/- 50 total leads.
HIGH INTENT MAILERS - These have bullet points talking about mortgage protection insurance benefits. These mailers typically generate a +/- 0.04% return rate. When you send 1000 mailers you should typically receive +/- 3 to 5 total leads.
The biggest benefit of choosing to mail with HOF is our call-in ability. Once someone calls the automated line and hangs up your lead is sent to you in seconds, not mailed back to you in days. Speed is everything and nothing is quicker than our system.
Taking speed to the next level! With our mailers, speed is the key. The quicker you get back to the lead you get from our mailers, the higher your closing ratio goes. In order to get you in front of the lead as soon as possible, we buy the most expensive data available. The company we go through updates daily, not weekly or monthly like most data companies, so the potential lead typically gets our mailer first. The mailer instructs them to call an automated line, which has a much higher success rate over mailers that request to be filled out and mailed back.
To have the very best results with HOFleads.com you should call any leads you receive from our mailers as soon as you get the text. When you get a text from us for your lead, that means the lead just hung up the phone within a couple seconds of you getting that text. Our contact rate from the leads from our mailers can be up as high as 70% and we have agents that are reaching 90% of their leads. Compare that to others where if you buy 100 leads you are happy to talk to 30 of them and grateful if you book 20!
We also offer unique LIVE ANSWER tech for the leads you get from our mailers. When a person calls the number on the mailer they answer a couple questions and then have the option of being routed directly to your phone. If you are a Virtual agent, this is a must. If you are not Virtual and are in the field, you can choose to use this option or not. There is a small fee of $0.50 per minute to use the LIVE ANSWER feature.

WHAT ARE MAILERS? WHAT AM I BUYING?
Mailers are pretty simple. We send however many pieces of mail you want to send in increments of 500. Sending more mailers will get you more leads. We send out two types of mailers. The leads will be uploaded into your personal CRM account. You can download them into a CSV or upload them into a dialer system. How many leads you get is not in our control. What we can control is how many mailers you want to send out.
WHAT IS A LIVE ANSWER OPTION AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
We offer a LIVE ANSWER option for our leads. When a person receives our mailer they will be asked to call an automated line. When they dial that line they will be asked some qualifying questions. Then at the end of the questions they will have the option to be connected directly to an agent - your cell phone. If they choose that option, they will be ready to chat with you. HOF leads offers this unique service with your lead order. The fee is $0.50 per minute. If you do a 10 minute call it is an extra $5. We require a pre-paid amount of $50 as a refundable deposit if you have LIVE ANSWERS turned on. If you use up your pre paid amount, we will charge to keep your account active.
CAN I GET A REFUND IF I DON'T LIKE THE LEADS, OR I GET SOMEONE THAT WON'T QUALIFY OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON?
No refunds. We pay a tremendous amount of money to secure the data, send the mailers, set up the automated systems, and pay for the postage. Some weeks you will get well above 5% return, and some weeks below. We have no control over who decides to call.
HOW DO I PAY AND HOW DOES THIS ALL WORK?
You send us a request for a certain area. If that area is free, you can keep that area as long as you continue to mail weekly. We send the weekly mailers out on Thursdays and we charge you on the Wednesdays before the mailers are sent. You should get calls from the mailers sent 5 days to 2 weeks after they are sent or sometimes sooner. We highly recommend calling the leads as they come in. This greatly improves your contact rate because you will be calling them within minutes and sometimes seconds after they hang up the phone.
WHERE DOES HOFLEADS.COM GET THE DATA IT USES TO MAIL THE MAILERS?
Hofleads buys data from public data base sources. All of our sources follow legal requirements.
